Shamsullah Mohammadi, head of information and culture of the Taliban in Faryab, says that this incident happened in the Kohi village of Qaisar district, where a man shot his sister and father with a weapon, both of them were wounded in this incident. Mohammadi says that the wounded have been transferred to Faryab Central Hospital, where their condition is serious and the criminal escaped from the area and is wanted.

Local sources in Faryab say that the body of a man was found yesterday in the sea of Dong Qala village in Gorziwan district of Faryab. Sources add that this man’s name is Abdussalam and he is a resident of Dong Qala village in Gorziwan district of Faryab Province.
The source added that Abdussalam was addicted to drugs, he disappeared from his house a week ago, and his rotting body was found in a river yesterday evening. According to the source, two people have been arrested in connection with the case and the investigation is ongoing. The official sources of the Taliban in Faryab have not commented on this matter so far.
