HELMAND, Feb 28 (Afghanistan Women’s News Agency) – The director of agriculture of the Taliban group in Helmand province has recently requested in a letter to local officials of the group to collect zakat on the commercial goods of the people of this province.
According to information received by the media today, this letter has been issued under the instruction of the leader of the group.
