Local sources in Bamyan province have reported the detention of three Hazara squirearchy from the Yakaolang district of this province.
Sources informed the Afghan Women’s News Agency that on Wednesday, April 24th, the Taliban court sentenced three individuals from the Yakaolang district to three months in prison.
The sources added that these squirearchy, Haji Nasim, Raees Ibrahim, and Aslam Zawar, are each over 70 years old. They have been convicted by the Taliban court for allegedly witnessing a legal dispute 11 years ago and have been imprisoned this year.
However, local Taliban officials in Bamyan province have not commented on this matter yet.
It is noteworthy that since the Taliban took power again in Afghanistan, this group has been detaining several individuals for various reasons.
